Partner Massage for Mamas-to-Be – $150
Designed for partners who want to extend the benefits of prenatal massage by giving their own massage at home. Let’s make sure that home massage is safe and effective! In this 90-minute session, partners are invited into the room for a prenatal massage. We’ll review proper bolstering and contraindications (what not to do), and I’ll demonstrate techniques and places to target. This interactive session combines massage from me with supervised partner practice.
